Onion Mountain Technology, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We have taken extraordinary precautions to physically and electronically protect our
server to assure the security and integrity of our customer information. We do NOT sell our customer information. We only collect and store information provided by
you to fulfill your requests for catalogs, merchandise and services. We may use this information to contact you in the future about special offerings of products or
services or to send you a new catalog or newsletter. You may check your personal customer information and order history on-line by clicking on the "Your Account" tab. If you have questions or concerns about your information or wish to be removed from our server or mailing list, please

Service and Support
Onion Mountain Technology staff will answer each and every email inquiry. We strive to do so within 24 hours. Sometimes this is not always possible, but we will do
so at the earliest possible time.
Customer Service is our number ONE priority. We care about you and your order. We will do everything possible to make you a satisfied customer. Please feel free to
contact us with your concerns or questions. Use the "Contact Us" tab and select the appropriate email address or telephone us during office
hours.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. On mail orders we will also accept personalized checks. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the
exact name, billing address and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. We will only accept credit cards with verifiable account information
with the account issuer. Cards issued outside the United States may not be able to be verified. In the case of non-verifiable credit cards, we will not accept the
order.
Credit cards will be charged when authorized. Banks are now limiting us to less than ten (10) days for authorization to charge or they are refusing to pay. Sorry for
this policy, but the banks have forced our hand.
We will accept signed Purchase Orders from legitimate schools, colleges and government agencies. Due to the high cost of providing Net 30 day terms, all accounts past
due will be assessed interest charges at 1.5% per month, 18% per year. We reserve the right to withhold purchase order shipments for any customer with a past due
account.
Sales Tax
In accordance with Connecticut and South Dakota statutory regulations, we are required to collect sales tax on all shipments to these states. If you are a tax-exempt
entity within the states of Connecticut or South Dakota, please check the tax-exempt box on our online order form and provide your exemption certificate number in the
Purchase Order number field. If we question your exemption status, you may have to provide a FAX'd copy of your exemption before your order can ship.
Shipping
Our shipping/handling charges provide for filling your order, packaging, shipping and insurance. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground to the continental
United States. UPS will only deliver to businesses and residential addresses. They cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S.
territories and Canada require your package ship via UPS 2nd day Air or USPS Priority Mail. Please call for an alternate shipping quote. Credit Card orders will be refunded excess Shipping/Handling charges. If we are required to drive
to the Post Office to ship your order, additional handling charges will apply. Orders to Canada may ship via UPS or Global Priority Mail, whichever is the least
expensive. For all orders requiring Customs Documentation there will be an additional $5.00 minimum charge to document your order properly.
We will ship as soon as possible after receipt of your order. For delayed deliver requests, we will ship per your instructions.
If UPS can not deliver your order because no one is at the delivery address to accept the package, they will make at least 3 deliver attempts. If UPS can not deliver
your package, YOU will be responsible for UPS charges to you, return to us and ultimately to you again. This can become extremely expensive, so you must arrange to
accept your package during normal business hours.
Our minimum shipping is $9.00 OR 10% of your product order, whichever is greater.
Call us for small orders of Reading Helpers. These may be able to be mailed to you, resulting in a reduced S/H charge.
Your order is normally processed and shipped the same or next day from when it is received. At times, due to supply from our vendors, we may be temporarily out of
stock. If this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to back order or cancel. At certain times of the year, due to high order volume, your order may be
delayed several days while we hurry to deal with the volume.
Delivery times vary across the United States. Some remote residential addresses may require up to three additional days. For normal UPS shipment times, consult the
UPS website www.ups.com or call us.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do NOT ship to post office box address or hotel/motel rooms under any
circumstances.
International, FPO/APO Addresses, Alternate Carriers or Special Handling
We do NOT ship outside of the United States and Canada. Alternate shipping carriers will require a special handling charge. Please call us for information and a
quote. U.S. Service people and families, if you have a question, please call us, we will go the extra mile for you.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged and it is apparent that the shipping company damaged it, do NOT accept delivery. Refuse the package and immediately notify us that you
refused delivery and the reason. We will replace your order immediately. If you were unable to refuse delivery and the package and contents are damaged, please call
the shipping company that delivered the package and ask them to pickup the damaged package. Make sure that you get a receipt for your package.
If you elect to accept a damaged package, or you find damaged or missing items, you MUST report them to us within 48 hours of delivery. Original packaging MUST be
retained for inspection and the UPS tracking number(s) on your label(s) will absolutely be required. Failure to provide any of this information or failure to secure
the packaging may result in rejection of your claim. If we can not claim the damage from UPS insurance due to a failed inspection and/or can not provide UPS with the
tracking number of the damaged package and our claim is rejected, we will not replace the damaged items. You paid to insure your package(s). It is your responsibility
to follow this policy.
Warranty
All products carry the full manufacturer warranty. Onion Mountain Technology will replace products that fail upon receipt. After 30 days from shipment date, you must
contact the product manufacturer for warranty claims.
Returns
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Please call us for an RMA number.
Returns are limited to the replacement of defective merchandise or an Onion Mountain Technology credit. There are NO cash refunds. All returns must be made within 30
days of the ship date of your order. Items must be in their original packaging and include all warranty cards, manuals and accessories that were provided. Opened or
tampered-with products or software are non-returnable. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not defective.

Governing Law
Transactions between you and Onion Mountain Technology, Inc. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard
to the laws regarding conflicts of law.

We strive for 100% accuracy in our printed catalogs and website. Occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please
inform us so that it can be corrected.
